Little John Dwarf Bottlebrush Callistemon viminalis plants

This variety is hard to come by and we rarely have them in stock.
 
Drought-tolerant once established.
 
Great for xeriscaping, containers, edging, rockeries, Low hedges. 
 
This variety will grow to a height of approximately 1 to 1.5 metre tall and 1 metre wide.
 
Can be cut back after flowering if you want to make a hedge or keep them smaller.
 
It has the large masses of vibrant deep red bottle brush flowers.
 
They attract birds to your garden.

Whether you want the weeping form of the Dawson river special or the magnificent upright semi cascades of the scarlet and Kings Park Specials or the low shrub with its red floral spread of the Little John dwarf bottlebrush you will find that we usually have them in stock.

Once established this variety will handle long periods without rain but it will also grow well in quite wet conditions.
 
 They will also grow in frost prone and coastal areas.
 
They pretty much look after themselves once established.
 
Able to withstand full sun to semi shade.
 
 They will grow in most soil types.
